Photoshop Twirl Neon Text Effect

Well in this tutorial you will learn how to make some cool effect with your text I called it Twirl Neon Text Effect, hope you will like it:

- Create a new file 200X100 with a black background
- Type your text with white font
- Merge down the text layer into the background (hit ctrl+E)




- Go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur. Set the radius to 1.2 pixels
- Apply solorize effect: Filter >> Stylize >> Solarize.


- Hit ctrl+shift+L to apply auto levels
- Go to Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose "polar to rectangular"
- Then apply Filter >> Stylize >> Wind >> from right.


- Go to Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose "rectangular to polar"
- Go to Image >> Adjustments >> Hue/Satursation check the colorize box to put some color in it as I did




- Hit ctrl+shift+L to apply auto levels
- Go to Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose "polar to rectangular"
- Then apply Filter >> Stylize >> Wind >> from left this time.
- Go to Filter >> Disort >> Polar coordinates and choose "rectangular to polar"
- Use the auto levels + Hue/Satursation to find exactly what you want !!
